We do this by creating media, hosting collaborative events and breakout sessions, and to challenge our members to test different strategies and ideas. Alicia Garibaldi, Founder & Presenter
Alicia Garibaldi, author of Employer Branding For Dummies®, Recruitment Marketing For Dummies® & Talent Analytics For Dummies®, brings 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing and human resources technology. Alicia conducts business audits and develops original content marketing assets such as eBooks and videos, and contributes thought leadership pieces to further business results. Alicia spent 7.5 years growing Glassdoor’s content and program marketing through its $1.3B acquisition and was at award-winning advertising agency Goodby Silverstein & Partners, overseeing the execution of online advertising initiatives for key accounts, including Hewlett Packard, Yahoo! & Sprint.
Ronny Cheng, Co-Founder and VP of Marketing
Ronny Cheng brings 10+ years of experience in advertising, SEO, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategies. As the co-founder and VP of marketing at Digital Astronauts, Ronny conducts digital marketing audits and develops strategies that leverage content and growth hacking techniques that drive business revenue. Ronny helped to build SEO and B2B conversion strategies for Glassdoor through its $1.3B acquisition and has worked with a who’s who of enterprise tech firms, startups, and companies like Verizon and UL.
